The hotel is perched on a cliff above Naama Bay, offering a lovely location with well-kept gardens. The rooms, while lacking a balcony at first, were promptly attended to by the staff. However, they are in need of modernization. The service, especially from a dedicated staff member, was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The dining options were varied, with additional all-inclusive choices available for a reasonable fee. The facilities are adequate, albeit slightly shabby in some areas.

The hotel offers basic but clean rooms with everything you need, including a full-size fridge, brilliant aircon, massive comfortable beds, and a powerful shower. Although the bed was comfortable and clean, it felt like lying on a plank of wood. The mirror in the bathroom was not very clear due to marks. We had no shower for 3 days, and there were cracks in the windows that shook when a plane flew over.

The hotel offers stunning views overlooking the bay, but the room size and balcony railing could be improved. The service is friendly and hospitable, although humor may be lacking. The location is picturesque but occasionally marred by unpleasant smells. The dining options are varied, and the facilities are satisfactory.
